Applies to: Pre-sales and customer support

Include the evidence that helps

  • The product and installed version, if applicable.
  • Your device/browser and the relevant view or route.
  • What you expected, what happened, and when it happened with timezone.
  • The exact error text and reproducible steps.
  • An order, invoice or service reference when relevant.

Keep secrets out of tickets

Never send passwords, API private keys, recovery phrases, one-time codes or full payment-card data. Remove personal information and secrets from screenshots or logs. If a secret was exposed, use the provider’s credential-management process and tell support what type was affected without reposting it.

Account connections

The public demo never needs credentials. For an agreed actual installation, follow the product- and venue-specific credential instructions, use only the permissions required, and keep withdrawal authority separate where the venue supports it.

How to submit

Open Submit a Ticket, complete the subject and message, and follow the form’s attachment and verification requirements. Existing customers should sign in when possible so the request can be linked to their account.
