Prices and billing periods
The website pricing section reads the WHMCS catalogue in GBP, USD and EUR. Check the amount, payment period, setup fee and final applicable tax in billing. An owned one-time plan and a hosted recurring plan are different purchases.
Costs outside the plan
Trading capital, exchange charges and separately required third-party services are distinct from software and hosting prices. Confirm the agreed installation, updates and support scope before paying. A software payment does not start a trading bot.
Invoices and payment questions
Use your billing client area to review invoices and their status. If the amount, payment status or product is unclear, contact AIE before making another payment. Include the invoice reference, but never send complete card details.
Downloads and delivery
Downloads are subject to entitlement and qualified release availability. A paid invoice is not evidence that a missing installer or an unqualified native package is ready. Agree your exact supplied build and delivery arrangements before purchase.
