Operator build versus customer release

The website’s dated screenshots show the operator workspace. The public tour is a separate synthetic simulation. Neither automatically identifies what is inside a published customer download.

Current delivery position

  • Owned Bots: existing 2.1.0 customer channel; the latest native build awaits qualification.
  • Hosted Bots: existing 2.1.1 archive does not include the current native runtime.
  • Owned Engine: existing 2.1.0 allocation-engine channel, separate from native Bots.
  • Hosted Engine: automatic installation is unavailable pending its qualified installer.
  • Combined and Forex delivery must be confirmed for the particular product.

What qualification means

A new customer release needs product-specific packaging and successful installation, restart and data-preserving upgrade checks, including access and licensing. A version listed in a feed alone is not proof that those checks have passed.

Where to check next

Use current delivery status and your AIE enquiry for the latest position. Do not install an archive simply because its version number resembles the operator build.
