Owned software
Owned channels are self-hosted software. Confirm the licence, supported server requirements, installation procedure and update entitlement for the particular package. You are responsible for the infrastructure and account connections described in your agreed delivery.
Hosted software
Hosted channels involve arranged infrastructure and licensing. Agree the supplied product, supported venue, service responsibility, access, billing period and support scope. Hosted does not mean every operator feature is immediately available.
Engine and Bots are separate
The portfolio allocation engine is not the native crypto Bot desk. Do not substitute a combined or engine-only installer for a Bots product. Forex also has separate compatibility requirements.
Delivery is agreed before purchase
Review the delivery matrix. Native customer package qualification and Hosted Engine automatic installation remain outstanding as of this review. Request a confirmed build and delivery date through AIE before paying.
