Changes disappear on reload
This is expected. The public tour keeps its sample state in the current page only. Reloading, resetting or opening another tab starts a fresh sample. It is not a saved trading account.
Prices are not moving
Use Advance sample market →. The public demo intentionally has no market connection. Check the sample-step counter; the sequence is finite. Reset if you want to replay it from the beginning.
A control is disabled or illustrative
For example, Close position needs held inventory. Some research and exchange controls describe a workflow without implementing every operator feature. Do not enter account credentials into the public tour.
Report a display problem
Try a fresh reload and note your device, browser, view name and the action that caused the problem. Send a screenshot with personal information removed through the AIE support portal. Never include passwords or API keys.
